MONTE FUSCAZ (Home Wine) Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Chardonnay, Verdelho and Antão Vaz Alcoholic content 13% Light citrine color, critrine fruit aromas define the freshness and youth of this elegant wine. With a good acidity  combined reveals an elegant and balanced finish. PATO FRIO SELEÇÃO Region  Alentejo Classification D.O.C. Alentejo Grape   Antão Vaz, Síria and Perrum Alcoholic content 13%   Citrine colored, features a scent with notes of tropical fruits, citrus fruits and some green vineyard merged with a mineral accent. In mouth is soft, with a freshness irreverent, showing a nice long persistence, accompaniment to grilled fish, cooked or raw seafood, sushi and Asian food. MONTE RAVASQUEIRA SAUVIGNON BLANC Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Sauvignon Blanc Alcoholic content 13% Very clean Nose, exotic and intense showing all the expressiveness of the caste. Notes of tropical fruit, cut grass, asparagus, lime and some candied fruit. ESPORÃO RESERVA Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Antão Vaz, Arinto, Roupeiro and Samillon Alcoholic content 14% Crystalline aspect, straw colour with greenish reflexes, rich and intense Aroma with fruity notes of Tangerine and peach, shrouded in subtlety of toast of oak barrels, on mouth is creamy, with complex, balanced palate, populated by fruit, some minerality and a long and cool end. HERDADE GRANDE RESERVA Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Antão Vaz 50%, Chardonnay 20%, Semillon 20% and Viosinho 10% Alcoholic content 14,4% Crystalline aspect, citric yellow colour with greenish reflexes. Rich and intense Aroma with fruity and mineral notes of grapefruit and guava, wrapped in toasted subtleties of casks. In the mouth is elegant, unctuous, with complex and balanced palate and well-balanced acidity. Fruit and minerality prevailing, happily married with slight notes of toast, ending a long and persistent end, to accompany refined and complex fish as well as strong cheeses CICÓNIA   Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Antão Vaz, Verdelho and Viognier Alcoholic content  13,2% Very expressive on the nose with citrus and floral notes. Strong personality and balance in the mouth, intense and full but with good acidity. A fresh and vigorous finale, accompanying with sea fish, seafood and sushi. CARTUXA   Region Alentejo Classification D.O.C. Évora Grape Antão Vaz and Arinto Alcoholic content 13,5% It is a wine-colored citrine and crystal clear aspect. Fine aroma and complex, resulting from the combination of grape varieties.Smooth taste, with some body. Slightly acidic and showing great depth and harmony. Accompanies grilled fish or in cataplana  and sushi. DONA MARIA   Region Alentejo Classification Regional Grape Arinto, Antão Vaz and Viosinho Alcoholic content 13,5% Wine with limpid green citrus slightly Auburn. Tropical fruits, citrus aromas suggesting. Rich flavor the fruit, with a good balance of acidity, elegant and with a fine and persistent end.
