JOÃO BATISTA  Region Tejo Classification Regional Grape Antão Vaz and Arinto Alcoholic content 13,5% Limpid aspect, presents an intense Garnet, with abundant violaceous tones. Intense Aroma in macerated forest fruits, cassis, and their jams, dried plum, dry fig, spices and toasted nuances. Soft fruity flavour, well structured, enjoyable and the volume ends long. accompanies mediterranean cuisine and delicacies, also well-structured cheeses. QUINTA DE PANCAS Region Alenquer Classification Regional Grape Cabernet Sauvignon Alcoholic content 13,4% Ruby colour, the aroma is complex with notes of pepper, tobacco, smoke and chocolate. Fine Aromas of cassis, the Palate is of great structure and firm tannins, with vegetables notes giving freshness and with a long end. CALDA BORDALEZA   Region Bairrada Classification D.O.C. Grape Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot Alcoholic content 14,5% Very thin, complex, notes of anise, balsamic, raspberry jam fruit, light chocolate. Fresh and focused, smooth and elegant tannins, toasted, with power and a lot of structure,complex and rich. QUINTA DA BACALHÔA   Region Setúbal Classification   Regional Grape Cabernet Sauvignon Alcoholic content 14,5% Red fruit Aroma combined with "nuances" of wood and spices; in the mouth, the sensations of red fruits are highlighted and combined with mild tannins well gifts; has a fresh final, elegant, mineral and very complex.
